T-Mobile sells 70,000 iPhones
Ah, we were all wondering where all that iPhone news had got to...
Not to worry we’ve got some from our German friends over in T-Mobile.
T-Mobile has announced that it has sold over 70,000 iPhones. This number, however, does not account for the no doubt countless phones which have been bought and then unlocked.
The 70,000 figure was released on Saturday and is based on the number of iPhones that have been signed up for the provider’s contract package.
This figure is even more foggy in light of the recent court case, which led to German iPhones being sold unlocked. Although this was later lifted there is no way of really knowing how many unlocked (legal or otherwise) iPhones there are out there.
