Hummingbird Ltd. Finishes Q4 Strongly
Toronto-based Hummingbird Ltd., a software manufacturing company, has announced that its fourth quarter earnings and revenue will exceed its Q4 estimates. Hummingbird ended its fourth quarter and year end on September 30th on a high note, and the official reports will be issued by the company on October 24th. In July, Hummingbird had issued its fourth quarter forecast based on lowered expectations for the third quarter in a sluggish economy. Hummingbird's Chief Executive, Fred Sorkin, issued a statement that, "All of the company's product lines have performed above expectations. We strongly believe that Hummingbird shares are an excellent investment and we will be reinstituting a share buy-back plan."
