HP notebook lines adopt Nvidia integrated GPUs
Nvidia has announced that its new Nvidia GeForce Go 6150 integrated graphics processor (IGP) and Nvidia nForce Go 430 media communications processor (MCP) are now being incorporated in the Hewlett Packard (HP) Pavilion dv2000 series and Compaq Presario V3000 series of notebooks. "Equipped with the energy efficient, high-performance, Nvidia GeForce Go GPU and nForce G0 430 MCP, the new HP notebooks bring advanced graphics and video capabilities to consumers, enabling them to enjoy the new wave of 3D and video applications," said Manoj Gujral, general manager of Notebook Platform Business at Nvidia.
