HP announces Blu-Ray/HD-DVD player/writer plans
Palo Alto (CA) - Hewlett-Packard will be adding multi-format Blu-Ray/HD-DVD readers and writers to future computers. According to PC World, HP will add LG’s new Super Multi Blue Blu-Ray H10N burner and reader to select computers in the coming weeks.
The player can read both Blu-Ray and HD-DVD discs. In addition, the H10N can write Blu-Ray discs at 2X speeds.
The new computers should show up in four to six weeks.
