Just a day after competitor Yahoo announced anti-spam tools for its premium e-mail service, Microsoft’s Hotmail told its users it would roll out spam fighting tools of its own in late November. "In an e-mail to Hotmail account holders this week, Microsoft touted an upcoming white list-style feature that will reduce the amount of spam users see when they first log onto the service."
