Honeywell sues Apple, Sony, Toshiba over LCDs
Honeywell said it is suing 34 companies over alleged infringement of its LCD patents.
Philips and Samsung have already acknowledged the Honeywell patents and have licensed the technology.
The patent increases the brightness of images, reducing interference effects on LCD displays.
