Hitachi develops mind over matter

Tokyo (Japan) – Scientists at Hitachi can now move matter with their thoughts. The folks at the Hitachi Advanced Research Laboratory have built a headpiece and computer that can detect minute blood flow changes in the brain and use those signals to move a toy train set.

Currently the equipment is quite bulky, but the scientists think they can shrink all the gear down to about one kilogram.
