At DDR2-800 speeds, the PC10000 Dominator supports ideal CL3-4-3-9 timings.

We used a FSB to memory ratio of 3:7 to reach PC10000 speeds, which is equal to DDR2-1250. Here, the system ran at either DDR2-1244...

... or at DDR2-1280 speed. However, it was necessary to relax the timings to CL5-5-5-15, and we had to increase the operating voltage to 2.4 V to achieve stable operation.
DDR2-1333 Not Stable

We wanted to see if the Dominator PC10000 RAM supported DDR2-1333 speed. At CL5-5-5-15 timings and 2.5 V plus active cooling, the test system executed CPU-Z properly, but failed at various other tasks. Clearly, 667 MHz or DDR2-1333 is not reliable.
