Grove may testify before FTC
The witness list in the upcoming face-off between the Federal Trade Commission and Intel Corp. shows Intel's star witness could be its high-profile co-founder, Andrew Grove.
The hearing stems from charges that the chip maker used monopoly power to extort trade secrets from competitors.
Other employees that made the list include Sharon Alt, Karen Alter, Edwin Bauernfreund, Lance Belew, Anand Chandrasekher, Sunlin Chou, Kevin Corbett, Ron Curry, Pat Gelsinger, Keith Johnson, Chuck Mulloy, Paul Otellini, Fred Pollack, Kevin Shearman, Ulmont Smith and William Swope.
