The great Blizzard tease continues
Irvine (CA) - Blizzard Entertainment is continuing to tease millions of gamers with their new splashpages on blizzard.com and worldofwarcraft.com. The splashpages depict a timeline with Blizzard’s oldest game Warcraft I on the left and newer games like Diablo 2 and World of Warcraft on the right. What will take place of the big shiny question mark on the far right is anyone’s guess.
The teaser page has been up for the better part of the week and the highlighted old games have progressed from left to right. Some speculated that Blizzard was close to announcing a sequel to their space-based real-time strategy game Starcraft when that game was lighted. Others thought it was going to be a Diablo sequel when that game was featured.
Currently the featured game is Warcraft III : Reign of Chaos and the last will be World of Warcraft. This gives us a few more days until Blizzard presumably announces what they are up to.
