Rockstar Games has launched its Grand Theft Auto game community web site, at www.GTA2.com .
As of the launch, the company began offering exclusively via download a free expansion pack for GTA:London 1969, called GTA:London 1961.
Along with the expansion pack, Rockstar is making available a GTA movie short, release information and links to other GTA fan sites.
