Google revamps Finance page
Google has redesigned their Finance page and is including several new features including more chart data and a top movers sections. Currency and sector information is also displayed on the Finance homepage.
Users can compare stocks and look through years of historical data. Google says up to 40 years of prices is viewable for some of the more popular stocks.
A top movers section has been added to the bottom-right corner that shows the top five winners and losers. The stocks can be sorted by price, market capitalization, volume, dollar volume and popularity.
The Finance page was launched six months ago and aimed to compete with other well-known financial pages including Yahoo Finance. Users of the new Google Finance page can import their Yahoo portfolio holdings and settings into Google.
