Google cracks down on Gmail profiteers
Google is attempting to thwart subscribers who want to make a bundle by selling their hard-to-get free Gmail accounts. Account transfers for profit now are prohibited as a term of the Gmail subscription agreement. The service is still in the beta mode, and availability of Gmail accounts is limited.
