Gigabyte mobo receives Vista premium certification
With Windows Vista being finalized these days, it’s time to have a closer look at operating system support when you buy a new computer or add-ons. ATI and Nvidia were first to announce WHQL (Windows Hardware Qualification Lab) certification for their graphics drivers and Gigabyte now has become to announce that label for one of its motherboards : According to the company, the GA-945P-DS3 board is WHQL certified to carry the Vista Premium sticker.
Gigabyte said that it expects "a wide rage of [its] top-to-bottom motherboard solutions to receive the Vista Premium logo."
