Gigabyte has no plans to manufacture handsets
Gigabyte Technology denied yesterday that it is forming a new company to manufacture mobile phones. The first-tier Taiwanese motherboard maker was responding to a report that it is trying to hire a development team from other companies to develop and manufacture handsets.
