Gigabyte cuts into PSU market
Following Asustek Computer’s step into the PSU (power supply unit) market, Gigabyte Technology is also preparing to cut into the market this year, according to sources at Gigabyte. Although the PSU market is getting mature, recent rapid increases in PC performance have raised the demand for high wattage PSUs accordingly, noted the sources.
