Gigabyte announces PX series mainboards for Intel LGA775 Pentiums
Gigabyte’s PX series focuses on peripheral connectivity with eight USB 2.0 and three IEEE 1394 oports as well as a PCI Express interconnect, Gigabyte said. For storage connectivity, the PX series comes with Serial ATA and Intel’s Matrix Storage Technology via ICH6T for RAID 0 and 1 support.
The PX series comes standard with Gigabyte’s ShieldWare software package.
