The 420-watt power supply unit from The three supply lines of the Globalwin are designed for a combined maximum power of 400 watts. In the test, these three lines can bear a maximum load of 414 watts. At this power level, however, the 5-volt line stops at less than 4.75 volts without shutting off. Under these operating conditions, damage to the system components cannot be ruled out. One could at least expect unstable system operation under such conditions.

The TOP-420P4 also allows the fan rpm to be selected with a switch
At minimum capacity and the "Minimum rpm" setting, the volume level of the power supply unit is only 25.9 dB(A). But if the user selects the more realistic settings of Medium or Automatic, the level swells to reach up to 48 dB(A) depending on the load.
