Getting Data In Synch
BMC Software Inc. will extend its data-management product line to include data-synchronization capabilities through an alliance with GoldenGate Software Inc. that the companies are expected to announce on Tuesday. "The addition will improve data availability for users, make database administrators more productive, and lower operating costs by reducing the need for additional hardware and software, BMC says."
