The winner of this test is the most power-hungry card. Point of View deserves kudos for its excellent cooler (though less so given the fact you can't find these cards anywhere in the U.S.); the Gainward GTX 560 Ti Phantom and the MSI HD 6870 TwinFrozr II follow closely.
