In Doom 3 I expected to see better results from both cards, especially over the ATI based Radeon X1950 Pro Ultimate from Sapphire. The card is priced at £140 / €190 currently and the new GTS model's price lead me to believe that in a game discipline that has been dominated by Nvidia since the game's inception, I thought this would be no different. Once again the card performed better than the offering from Sapphire but then failed to compete at the same level with image quality enabled.
