Gateway adding enterprise APs, switches next month
According to InfoWorld, Gateway will be adding enterprise-grade wireless access points and network switches to its offerings next month.
The article said "The Gateway 7000 series access points will be available in single-band and dual-band configurations for enterprise customers". It was also reported that "Gateway also plans to launch a new family of enterprise network switches for small and medium-size businesses on April 6".
Gateway currently offers its own-branded single-band 802.11g and 802.11g routers and client adapters, but resells switches from Belkin, Linksys, NETGEAR and 3com.
