GAPT buys six Agilent 93000 SoC test systems to establish high-end test production line
Global Advanced Packaging Technology (GAPT) and Agilent Technologies recently jointly announced that GAPT has purchased six Agilent 93000 SoC C400e series test systems. GAPT, a Shanghai-based semiconductor testing and packaging house, revealed plans to apply Agilent SoC testers for development and production testing of ICs for optical disc drives such as DVD, CD-ROM and CD-RW.
