FPDC to quit PDP business
Despite Formosa Plastics Group (FPG) recently investing NT$3 billion in its subsidiary Formosa Plasma Display Corporation (FPDC), FPDC may sell its PDP production lines to China-based companies, with technologies and technicians to be transferred to China as well, according to sources at FPDC, as quoted by the Taiwan edition of the Chinese-language Apple Daily .
