Four charges cut in Novell vs. Microsoft
A US federal judge has rejected four charges brought by IT firm Novell against Microsoft.
But Judge Frederick Motz of the US district court for the district of Maryland, did allow Novell to proceed with two other charges relating to alleged monopolistic practices by Microsoft in relation to WordPerfect and Quattro Pro, which were both briefly owned by Novell.
