BUST: HOLY CRAP! That is one fine-lookin' case m8. Love the custom window. Is the glass slightly tinted? Love it. I like the customization on the front too. Breaks up that panel a bit. The tubing is great. So much better than the tiny plain tubing I've seen. Glossy paint job is great too. I hate when people have windows and don't bother painting the inside. The bare metal look is so ugly. Why have a window if you're not gonna make it count? Good call. Looks heavy though. What does that beast weigh in at now? I have one suggestion, but it's only a suggestion if you agree. I'm not a fan of actually seeing the lights so if you're the same way, and want to hide that UV cathode, here's my idea: Get a .75"x.75" L-shaped beam about 12" long (or however long the cathode is), paint it black just like the inner case, and nest the light inside/on it. It will still light up the tubes above just as well, but you won't see it from the outside as much. Again, it's only a suggestion if the light bothers you. Other than that, amazing case dude. Hey, what's your current Speed/vcore of your system? What do you have your memory at? Sorry I don't have pics up yet of mine. I painted mine black as well but it's more of a satin finish. Still waiting on that camera! I wanna take dark pics and my little PAS camera doesn't work that great in low-lighting. That GeminII is HUGE. Blocks a lot but it looks cool.

Not off the top of my head, its a qx6700 btw, so unlocked multi, i think i had it at 320x10=3.2, vcore was quite low around 1.350, temps at the end with the washer mod and shin etsu was high 50s-low 60s under load. I should get it back today so i will update some pics with all the shiny sparkly things in. Im hoping to achieve around 3.6 stable with temps lower than my previous depending on ambient of course, it really is quite a transformation, a bit like turning hilary clinton into carmen electra under the surgeons knife. hehe Message edited by bustamove on 10-29-2007 at 08:51:36 AM |
