Well I went on line to HP and tried to use their online chat to resolve my
iPaq 5555 problems. It sent me to India I believe because of the names.
Anyway, the person trying to help me had no clue what they were talking
about. I called HP on the landline and talked to tech support. (Great help
by the way). While I was talking to him, I kept getting "help" from the
online chat. I told the live tech support guy what I was receiving from the
online chat. He was amazed. Anyway, my recommendation is not the use the
online chat-they don't know what they are talking about. Use the landline
tech support.

After using HP Tech support i came to the painful conclusion that
they wouldn't know a pocket pc if they tripped over one or it fell on
their head.

Their phone support was next to useless.
