PC randomly starts up

So, i have a bit of an issue with my current desktop system. I noticed that once a week it randomly boots into windows by itself when closed, and i don't really know why. It's not haunted, is it?
Joke aside, I scanned it with several antiviruses and it is perfectly clean, not a single dangerous item found. I even unplugged my internet cable and from the Device Manager, I unchecked the 'Allow this device to start the computer' option for my mouse, keyboard and Network Adapter, but no success.
What else to do, because it is creeping me out?
If it helps, I have an Asrock Fatality Killer Z97 mobo.

I7 4790k, Asrock Fatality Killer Z97, 12Gb ddr3 1600mhz Corsair, Gtx 1050Ti and 1TB HDD Toshiba 7200rpm. These components get along perfect, I had no problems upon installing Windows and in games, no errors, bluescreen, nothing.

Thanks for the link, I will give it a try. :)
Yes, my mobo has Intel Smart Connect Technology in BIOS, and I noticed I can found this software in Control Panel also. Should I disable it from BIOS or uninstall it from Control Panel?
