More about blue screen death irql equal
  1. Can you follow option one here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

    that creates a file in c windows/minidump
    copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)

NTOSKRNL = windows kernel. It handles all driver requests, power management, and memory management. It sits between Hardware and Applications. It got blamed but its not the cause

  3. Thanks, both Colif and axe0axe0 for your quick responses. One month later, and I haven't encountered anymore BSOD. However, I still want to solve this issue, so here's my Minidump file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ttspe5y4uh1pj0t/092717-5968-01.dmp?dl=0

  4. when that happens to my I do:

    1) take out my ram and and clean all the contacts and put them back in

    2) unplug all usb devices and keep rebooting, one usb device at a time to see which one hangers the computer

You might have to change your ram, hard drive or mother-board, for me 99% of the time this error means hard ware problem
