Will a dual display setup (one 4k TV & one 1080p 144hz monitor) affect my FPS?

I intend on only gaming on the 4k TV or the 144hz monitor separately, one at a time while the other monitor is idle depending on the game type I'm playing (i.e. general 4k gaming on the TV and twitch FPS type gaming on the 144hz monitor). The TV is connected via HDMI 2.0 on the GPU and the 144hz monitor will be using the display port on the GPU. I'm just wondering if having a 2nd display active (with maybe a web browser open) will affect my gaming performance on the primary screen? Thanks in advance!

My Specs:

Kaby Lake i7 7700k@4.5ghz
Corsair H110i V2 AIO liquid cooler
MSI Gaming X GTX 1080 8GB
16gb Corsair Vengeance 3000mhz DDR4 w/Vengeance Airflow cooler
MSI Gaming Pro Carbon Z270 mobo
4TB WD Blue HD & 1TB WD Blue SSD (some games on each)
600w EVGA Bronze PSU
