PC Turns On; Monitor Displays Nothing.

Before I get to the actual issue I'll list my specs. They are as follows:

Corsair Carbide Spec-02.
MSI B150 PC Mate.
Intel i5 6500.
Gigabyte GTX 1060 Windforce.
EVGA 600 BQ.
Crucial Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 RAM.
WD Blue 1Tb HDD.
Toshiba OCZ TL100 120Gb SSD.

I've built it all, and I'm having a pretty annoying issue with my PC. It's my first build and things were going fine until I actually turned it on. Everything powers up and the lights/fans within the case boot up with no issues whatsoever. However, when the GPU attempts to run it stops almost immediately after a few seconds have passed. There is absolutely no display on the monitor. Absolutely everything is plugged in, and I've taken it apart and put it back together well over three times. A red light sometimes appears next to 'VGA' on the motherboard, though it may blink away seconds afterwards. Everything seeems to run properly, only the GPU's fans refuse to spin and there is no image on my monitor. I can't test the individual parts on other computers either because this is my only one. I've tried everything I can think of yet nothing has helped. Please, please give me some advise to help with this.
