Win 10 No BIOS Access UEFI, F2 / delete

So I am trying to overclock my p8p67's 2600k, I am using windows 10 and it completely skips bios functions no matter what I try in advanced. There is no uefi advanced option so I restart and mash buttons and windows pops up. I need access to my bios. Any assistance would be appreciated.

You could reset the cmos, that would load bios at start as you normally have to reset the defaults

So you looked in advanced startup? cause it should be in troubleshoot/advanced menu

this might work unless you tried it as well:
