Windows 10 system service exception windows 10 igdkmd64.sys

Hello. Whenever I try to load windows 10 with my radeon 5450 I get a system service error but if I unplug It then it load fine on intel hd graphics... Help.

I was wondering if you have already tried downloading and installing the latest driver for the graphics card?

Make sure that you download the driver from the official website not the modded version of the driver from any random source.

That didn't work, but for anyone who has the same problem I unplugged my graphics card, loaded windows and then pressed windows key + R and typed 'control panel' then search 'Device Manager' and then go to 'Display Drivers'
then right click the one you are not going to be using and click 'Disable' , shutdown computer, reconnect the Graphics Card and then everything was ok!
