My month old Ipaq pocket pc has a broken display. I had it in the case it came with in my front pocket during a game of billiards at the pool hall. HP/Compaq will be forced to rename their version of the pocket-pc if they continue to market the Ipaq with a case that will not protect it during normal usage. They will not offer to replace or repair the unit as they call the damage user caused. Well this caused this user to switch brands.

Hm... I had a friend who broke his ipaq screen over and over and it was replaced over and over. I guess hp just doesn't want to deal with ipaqs anymore :)
They should at least send you a new screen to put in yourself.
