What connection and did you activate your second display on device manager? When you said "Verified Ok" is that mean a software verified it or you verified that the connection is made? What we need from you are the following:

Operating System
Video card used or computer brand and model if Video is not discrete
Cabling used to connect to TV
TV brand and model
And what the purpose of this connection?
