Hello,
Is there some way to split the single from a comcast receiver so i can control all the channels on # 2 tv and be able to use my other tv remote to control channels?
The way it is working now at the tv with the receiver i can get about 250 channels, but when they came off the spliter to my other tv's i can only receive 70 channels.

Sorry, but you're going to need a separate set top box from Comcast for what you want to do.
