I HAVE A COMCAST DIGITAL CABLE BOX THAT I BOUGHT FROM EBAY I LIVE IN PANAMA CITY PANAMA AND I WOULD LIKE TO HOW I CAN MAKE THIS BOX WORK

First, stop shouting (turn off all caps).
Second, more than likely, you won't get it to work, as Comcast does not sell cable boxes (even on E-Bay). The only way you can try to get it to work is to contact Comcast and ask them to activate the box for you. Since you did not get the box from them, chances are they will refuse to do so.
