I have an Inspiron 3200 with a Torisan N216 DVD drive in it. After
having problems playing some DVDs, I did some internet research. I
found that there is supposedly a firmare update for this drive out
there somewhere, updating to v 1.08.
For the life of me I can't actually find a place to download it. Many
false leads, but in the end I can't find it. The Torisan site is
entirely in Japanese, so that doesn't help.

Can anyone out there help me find this firmware update?

On a different note, any recommendations as to a softare decoder I can
use since I lost my Margi card for hardware decoding? Most of them I
have tried give me choppy video at best.

Thanks in advance
