hi there!
I'm thinking of buying a laptop and cause I don't really need good one and also cannot afford it I consider purchasing some system on ebay for ex. this one:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.d [...] RK:MEWA:IT

Unforunately I haven't had laptop before and don't have any experience with it...so can You tell me what do you think of this model up there? (it fits my neeeds more or less) or generally something about this compaq presario line?
Or can You recommend any other system like some better, more reliable one from that times?

I was thinking at the beginning of getting some model with better graphics like 32mb own memory with hardware T&L support like at least geforce 256 (I know I'll be able then mwith 1ghz proc and 256ramm to play few games I like, at least I would be on desktop)- but maybe that's too much for this class like that one?

Basically I need a 256mb, 14', 20gb+, dvd and around 1ghz intel p3 system (can be little less).

Perhaps I can add memory later and replace the drives.. for hd I saw new samsung 30/40gb 5400rpm 8mb c -will that be ok? I trust samsung in hd's for desktops
I don't have any idea for cheap combo drive-any suggestion?

Probably too much questions at the same time -looking forward to answer for anyone ;-)
