More Information

When I turn it on, the CPU fan doesn't turn on, so the computer doesn't boot. I opened it up and checked a lot of things, but I can't find anything wrong. Although, I can't open up the area under the keyboard. (The notebook is an Averatec AMD 1600+) I figured how to get it to boot up and how to get the fan to start by pushing down on the metal under the keyboard but that's the only way it'll start.
