Does anyone know why, for the past several days, I have been unable to
customize a PC at dell.com? Every time I click the "Customize It"
button I receive an error page with text: "We are having technical
difficulties..." Dell tech support offered no explanation and no
expected date for problem resolution.

Just tried the 'Customize' button for several different computers a minute
ago, and no problems. Also had no problems with it a few days ago when I
was checking something out.

If this has been happening to you for several days now, you might want to
check your end: Internet Explorer settings, security settings, firewall, pop
up blockers, etc. in case something is interfering with the site.
