For the past year the Fresno Commodore User was the only Commodore club
left surviving in California.  It is now my proud honor to announce the
formation of a new club, MORG, the Manteca Order of Retro-Gamers.
Long-distance FCUG member, Steve Dubois, has gathered a group of
enthusiastic role-playing gamers who meet bi-weekly for gaming and
barbeque (yum!) in the town of Manteca, California (south of the larger
city of Stockton).  MORG's primary gaming platform is the C64.  The
members love games such as the Ultima series, the Phantasie series, etc.

For more information on MORG, contact Steve Dubois at

P.S. MORG... not to be confused with the cavemen of the same name who
lived on the surface of the planet in the classic Star Trek episode,
"Spock's Brain".  The Eymorg were the mini-skirted women who lived
underground and were the "givers of pain and delight".  ;-)
