Thanks,

The only things that have summoning sickness (or, more accurately, the only
things that "summoning sickness" AFFECTS) are creatures. Artifact Lands are
artifacts and lands, but they're not creatures. So no, they're not affected by
that restriction.

Yes, in a sense, but it will only be affected by it if it is also a
creature (say, if you put a Living Terrain on it). Under normal
circumstances, you can tap it for mana as soon as it hits the table.

Here's the condition-formerly-known-as-summoning-sickness summary:
If a permanent
- has not been under its current controller's control since the
beginning of his most recent turn, and
- is currently a creature
Then:
- It may not attack, and
- It may not use activated abilities with the tap symbol in the cost.

That's it, and if you follow it you should be able to figure out the
more odd situations on your own. If you have any more questions or
need more clarification, please post again.

Yes. But:

Unless something makes them into a CREATURE, they don't care that they're
"sick". Being "sick" _only_ ever affects _creatures_. (And since many of the
ways to turn them into creatures turn them into 0/0 creatures, which then
generally die immediately, it's usually not relevant for them anyway.)

So: if something makes your artifact land into an artifact land _creature_
that turn, then you have to worry about whether it's "sick" or not. If nothing
does, you don't have to. For example, if you turn your Blinkmoth Nexus into a
1/1 artifact land creature before you've controlled it since the start of one
of your turns yet, it'll be a "sick" creature and won't be able now to tap
for mana, attack, or tap topump a Blinkmoth. But if you've controlled the
Nexus since the start of one of your turns, it's no longer 'sick', so does
not become a 'sick' creature when animated.
