Matshita bd-mlt uj240es cannot play dvd 9

My Qosmio F60 with matshita bd-mlt uj240es BD/DVD drive cannot play DVD 9 , I adjusted region that display on dvd package(and my device said it can change only 4 times) It's not read any data , no display on "Mycomputer" , no response with any media player programes. I've tested my DVD to other computer and DVD players ,no any problem with them.
I think my driver isn't work then I try to update it but it said my driver is up to date

Pls help me to find out this problems (and b'cos I'm a newbie)

What's the story about where you got that laptop? It should have come with the correct region coded Blu-Ray player.

Are you trying to play 'out of region' DVDs?
