Hello,
I have a Asus g72gx bestbuy edition laptop and when powered on the screen has no light and there is no beeps, the fans start spinning right away and go straight to high speed. does anyone know what could be wrong or lead me though the steps to try and find out what is wrong. I took out the ram and tried without battery reseated cpu and nothing still not even a beep.

Hi :)

Try connecting an EXTERNAL screen...

All the best Brett :)

I will try this as soon as i have an external screen to attach to it. But I think it is something else because none of my Function keys will work once i turn it on like increase backlit keyboard brightness ect... which I forgot to state in my original post.
