HELP: Need a Laptop Recommendation ASAP!

HELP! GPU on my desktop fried so I am shopping around for a new computer. Decided to go with a laptop for its mobility and need one ASAP!

$800

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
15 - 17"

3. What screen resolution do you want?
1080P (not sure but I watch a lot of videos)

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
Desktop

5. How much battery life do you need?
Power adapter will be connected most of the time but when not maybe 3-4 hours without plugging in.

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
WoW - Low/Medium
BF3 - Low/Medium
SC2 - Low/Medium (rarely play SC anymore)

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)
Web Browsing
Video's
MatLab

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
160GB (?) I have a 2 TB External that I use

The only one I really use is newegg. Any website will be fine.

4+yrs

11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?
Not a must but would take all of the above if cost didn't change much.
