My screen is all distorted and will sometimes shutoff due to this, but when I hook it up to an external monitor then it works perfectly. Does this mean it has something to do with LCD and not Video? I am fine with LCD problems but cannot fix Video so was wondering if it for sure has something to do with LCD? Thanks

How is it distorted? Is everything stretched in a certain direction or is it something more?
