Is the graphics card that makes it better or the processor?

GPU is definitely better than in the first one, and that's what matters in games. The CPU I'd say is about the same, but that said, both CPUs are good

You were suggested better laptops in your other thread. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/75637-35-laptop For wow both cpu and gpu affect fps. But I wouldn't recommend that i7, laptops with newer/better parts can be found at the same price.
