i have students in my house could they link in to my internet when i am using or when i not at home reaso i am after rec a large bill for overuse of net regards and many thanks if u can help philip

How do you connect to the internet? What equipment do you use (router, modem, etc)

look into internet connection sharing. It is a great tool that is built into windows xp. I used to use it all the time.
