Hello

I have an acer aspire 5532 laptop. When I tried printing the other day it flashed up a problem, on inspection it seems one of the usb ports is completely pushed in, you can still see it, any ideas? thanks

If the USB port is pushed in...most likely you will have to take apart the laptop to push it back out.

Note this video is for the CPU, but you can also use it to take apart your laptop so you can push your USB port back in. Also when taking it apart - be very careful not to damage any components as a slip of a tool can damage one of the traces on a motherboard which in turn can make your laptop inoperable.
